Addiction and Mental Health Outpatient Services

Because We Are More Than Our Addiction

At Based On  True Story, we know that you are capable of change. I also know that nothing will work if your not ready to change. At Based On A true Story, I want you to be who you are and honest at where you are at. If your not ready but have to attend therapy for legal/DFS or other obligations, then lets be honest about that. I will meet you where you are at. You will enter a non-judgmental  atmosphere where you can feel comfortable enough to be open with your life and future. By knowing where you are , we can really help you. I will be honest and up front with you and nothing will be done without your knowledge of it. As an addict in recovery, I understand how difficult that even having the courage to attempt to get sober can be. We are here to help you so you are not alone.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor as well as a Licensed Addiction Counselor. I obtained my Bahelor's degree in 2010 in rehabilitation and Related Services and in 2013, I obtained my Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling. In other words, I can help you with mental health and addiction related problems. I worked at a local treatment center as an inpatient / residential counselor for women for 6 years, drug court for a year and as an inpatient counselor for one year, I have had some experience in private practice. This job, has made me grow in so many ways. I absolutely love addicts and watching their lives come together after falling apart for so long.

I will be offering many services, Please don't hesitate to call at 406-282-8005
